i have the right to decline your commission

it can take 1 to 12 weeks to get your commission finished, which is solely dependent on outside factors such as school, work, familial issues, etc

If you need your commission to be finished in under a week, it will cost you a $15 rush fee

throughout the process, you may ask for sketches/previews and request any changes that you'd like to be made. if you commission me for a waist up or an illustration, i may automatically send you previews in order to gain conformation

Depending on what you order, i may ask for your discord or email; this is to make sure i am able to send you a high quality version of your commission (pixel works, for example, will end up having poor quality if sent through instagram)

i am most comfortable drawing humanoid characters! if you have any anthro characters that you would like me to draw, i highly suggest you show me flat-faced designs

make sure the reference you send is clear. i will not take large descriptions of your character (unless you are describing their personality)

after a commission is finished, you may only ask for minor changes, such as color corrections and small tweaks to a character

requests for large corrections or changes that require me to redraw a large portion of the piece (such as outfit changes, background changes, style change, etc) will come at an additional fee, so make sure you are clear with what you want!

i will only accept payments through paypal/paypal.me in USD

the total price of your commission is dependent on the style you chose, the background you'd like, and the complexity of your character (for reference, requesting a character with a complex design will cost and additional $15)

commissions must be paid in full before i start the process

unless i have yet to start on your commission, i will not accept any requests for a refund

as the artist, i have the rights to full use of the finished product. this includes: using the artwork to promote myself, posting the work on any site, etc

i will not: claim your character as my own, use the artwork/character drawn for additional profit or merch

as the customer, you are allowed to use the finished product for personal use only. this includes: printing the work, displaying the work/using it to decorate your page, and using the work to promote yourself. you must give proper credit

any commitment of copyright infringement will remove any right to use the commissioned piece

copyright infringement is considered as: claiming the work as your own, removing any visible signatures/watermarks, using the work commercially through reproducing and redistributing, and making large alterations to the work without the artist's consent
